Imran Khan (Saurabh Shukla) is a well-dressed, successful and rich man in society. His girlfriend, Ria (Paresh Rawal) is simple, beautiful and they share a special bond. Imran's elder brother, who just made a huge success with his Ph. D. research, has happily married to Neha (Shruti.)
