I fixed it by going on this site. Download the "Unlocked score.dat" file. The file should start downloading. Then overwrite any existing score123.dat in the "Hisoutensoku 12.3" file with this one, which will unlock all the cards, characters and the entire ost.

For whatever reason i cant seem to select anything in game, everything works expect pressing enter, it doesn't seem to select/continue but my arrow keys still let me go up and down (to choose othet stuff) im just not able to select anything, same issue i have with SWR, no clue what's causing this, redownload didn't work either
